Who is this Course for?
This course is designed for clinicians who want to expand into movement-based rehabilitation and spinal mobility training.
It is particularly suitable for:
-
Osteopaths and chiropractors
-
Physiotherapists and sports therapists
-
Manual therapists moving into rehabilitation-based treatment
-
Movement specialists and trainers working with MSK clients
This course is ideal for practitioners who want to move beyond hands-on treatment and develop structured rehab programmes.
Why this Matters
Many patients with spinal pain and stiffness require more than manual therapy alone.
Without effective movement-based rehabilitation, improvements can be short-term and incomplete.
However, many clinicians:
-
Rely heavily on passive treatments
-
Lack structured rehabilitation programmes
-
Are unsure how to progress patients beyond basic exercises
This course provides a clear, progressive approach to spinal rehabilitation, combining mobility, flexibility and movement to improve long-term outcomes.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
-
Understand the role of movement in spinal rehabilitation
-
Assess mobility and functional movement limitations
-
Design structured rehabilitation programmes for spinal conditions
-
Apply progressive movement and stretching techniques
-
Improve patient outcomes through long-term rehabilitation strategies
Successful completion provides 30 hours of CPD and a diploma as an International Specialist in Functional Movement – Spine.
