Jimmy Michael

Jimmy has more than 15 years teaching in the health and fitness industry. Initially graduating with a BSc Sports & Exercise Science and completed the BTEC sports and remedial massage diploma in the U.K. Further development led him to complete a 5 year BSc Osteopathy.

"I co-developed OMT Training to allow access to high quality training to all in the manual therapy industry. Giles Gyer

Giles is a musculoskeletal specialist who has over 15yrs experience in manual therapy, he graduated from the college of osteopaths in London before moving into clinical practice and then into lecturing, writing and researching. 

Giles is seen as an international expert in HVLA and Mobilisation Techniques having written 4 books on Osteopathic and Chiropractic Techniques and numerous published research journals on the topic of manual therapy. 

Having lectured in over 45 countries worldwide, and worked with Liverpool FC, Manchester City FC, Arsenal, Southampton FC, Crystal Palace, NBA Memphis Grizzlies and NBA Oklahoma Thunder among others.

Maurizio Salfo

Maurizio has 25 years experience of Manual Therapy, having started off with a qualification in Remedial and Oriental Massage Therapy at the Australasian College of Natural Therapy in Sydney, Australia.

He progressed with a Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Degree in Italy and then completed a 4 year course in Osteopathy in Milan, finishing as a Master of Classical Osteopathy.

Maurizio resides in Italy and is currently working in a private practice in Italy, he is not based in the United Kingdom (Non member of GoSC).

Iain Barrowman

Iain BarromanIain is a qualified Sports Therapist and will qualify as a Chartered Physiotherapist in early 2023 and is a Master Trainer for OMT Training in all manual therapy disciplines. He has a professional ethics-based approach to physical therapy, injury prevention and rehabilitation, with a hands-on approach.

Iain is a conscientious and highly driven professional who is focused on progressing to the forefront of the medical and fitness industries. Having operated within both the medical and health & fitness industries for over 10 years, Iain began his career in the British Army. During that time he successfully achieved the accolades required to practice as both a Combat Medical Technician (CMT) and Physical Training Instructor(PTI) in both permissive and non-permissive environments; gaining valuable front-line experience in pressuring conditions.

Iain runs his clinic alongside lecturing on a variety of manual therapy techniques such as Advanced Medical Acupuncture; Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation; and Advanced Spinal & Peripheral Manipulation.Within his very busy clinic, a kinaesthetic approach to therapy is utilised, coupled with exercise rehabilitation to get you back to your normal daily life as quickly as possible.Iain works with a variety of people from all walks of life through strength & conditioning coaching, which is a true passion of his.

In this role he can utilise his experiences from both the civil and military roles he has fulfilled, allowing him to help individuals optimise their mindset and performance.

Ricky Davis

Ricky graduated with distinction from the Anglo European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth. He uses myofascial release techniques, manual therapy, medical acupuncture and kinesiology taping.
Ricky believes that the right knowledge of movement, nutrition and lifestyle is vital to keeping a healthy, injury free body.He consults for Pure Sports Medicine as a specialist Musculoskeletal Chiropractor and has a special interest in lower limb biomechanics.
He is a member of the General Chiropractic Council, British Chiropractic Association, Royal College of Chiropractors and a member of the British Chiropractic Sports Council.
